Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization. You can find Hollie in the Behavioral Health Services medication clinic, in the inpatient psychiatric unit, as well as with utilization review.
Hollie says her mother is her greatest healthcare hero. Not only were we a foster home, but she had a tendency to bring in friends who were in divorces and had no place to go, along with single teen moms who she knew was struggling. Outside of work, Hollie loves spending time in beautiful outdoor places—she greatly enjoys the Black Hills, as well as spending time with her family, home, and church.
Hollie is also a soap artisan, and loves sharing her soap creations and handmade bath products in craft fairs. We asked Hollie what she likes most about working at CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:. What gives me the most pride about my work is being involved with a great team and witnessing the positive healthy outcomes of our patients.
It is rewarding to know you have helped to make a difference in the quality of life for others. What I like the most about working in my department is the work relationships I have built with my coworkers and with all the staff, especially in Behavioral Health. There is comradery and team work in mental health nursing that makes it unique. I believe this has taught me many things in itself over the years that I could not have learned otherwise. Excellence every day to me means that I treat everyone I come in contact with throughout the day with kindness and respect, to keep myself up-to-date with education and informed in policies that affect my performance, and be willing to participate with a team to find solutions that produce good outcomes in care and treatment of our patients.
Thank you, Hollie for providing the very best patient care to patients in Behavioral Health Services.
